As hard as it seems, it will be a good idea if you try to figure out how to get copies of your lab results to keep in folders and begin with working on being proactive with your thyroid disease.
Here is our thyroid expert, Elaine Moore's website:

She has a wonderful database of articles and such that will help you get started in figuring things out to help yourself.
Unfortunately we cannot always rely on doctors to help us as they don't always know everything.

I am glad you did a great thing for getting the lab results. However, your doctor(s) did not order the correct thyroid labs.
I suggest you get the thyroid antibodies of the TSI and TRAb as I mentioned in the other post.
Then...
Ask for the Free T3 (Triiodothyronine, Free Serum) and the reference range for that is usually something like: 2.00 - 4.40
Then...
A Free T4 (Thyroxine, Free Serum) with a reference range typically as: 0.8 - 1.8
Then a TSH as you had that one done.
Unfortunately it sucks that the other labs they had done are so outdated and I don't know why they don't use the newer updated ones as the Free T3 and the Free T4 now.
Good luck and {{{hugs}}}
