Tell him/her, you want to lab every four to six weeks until your thyroid levels of the Free Ts are in the 'right' places and that you are taking small amounts of ATD (antithyroid drug) to feel your best at to keep you stabled.
You want to split up the doses to either two or three times per day of the ATD. If you get put on a beta blocker (and you do have a high Free T3) it should be taken twice a day, at least.

The test for the anitbodies the lab didn't run because they were "confused" with the order... fortunately they have enough blood to run it but won't get the results until next week.

I find that I have to do not only the initials for the thyroid antibodies but also write out their full names so the lab techs understand and can look these up properly.
