Hyperthyroidism Support Group
Hyperthyroidism (or "overactive thyroid gland") is the clinical syndrome featuring weight loss (often accompanied by a ravenous appetite), fatigue, weakness, hyperactivity, irritability, apathy, depression, polyuria, and sweating. Additional symptoms may include palpitations and arrhythmias (notably atrial fibrillation), dyspnea, loss of libido, nausea, vomiting, and...
Make sure to get the thyroid test called the Free T3 to see if you also have a problem with it.
Right now it looks like your Free T3 does not indicate a problem for a need to take an ATD (antithyroid drug).
My drug of choice is taking Methimazole (MMI) and I am on such a teensy, weensy doses for the last few years and staying stabled. I do watch out for any food/ drink triggers as well as environmental triggers to avoid so it does not aggravate my thyroid antibodies.

Food and drinks triggers can include: Iodine, MSG, Aspartame, Caffeine, excess sugar, Soy, excess dairy, seafood (because of Iodine), Red #3 (Iodine), some vitamins, supplements, herbs, etc. Anything which causes the heart rate to go up.
Go to our thyroid expert site: www.elaine-moore.com and read the various articles she speaks about of the triggers, diet, autoimmune diseases, thyroid, eye problems, etc.
