Hyperparathyroidism is overactivity of the parathyroid glands resulting in excess production of parathyroid hormone (PTH). Increased PTH consequently leads to increased serum calcium (hypercalcemia) due to 1) increased bone resorption, allowing flow of calcium from bone to blood, 2) reduces renal clearance of calcium, and 3) increases intestinal calcium absorption.
I can drink so much that I can hear it sloshing around but I still feel thirsty. If I'm not drinking something all of the time my mouth gets so dry that it's hard to swallow. It's how one would feel if they were dehydrated.
As for the frequent urination the feeling of needing to go to the bathroom never goes away. I always feel that fullness. It's like my bladder never completely empties. I know drinking so much doesn't help but I don't know what else to do.

Thirst peeing alot can also be an indication of reduced urine or pancreas function. Hyperparathyroidism not only effects bones but organs.
