Hyperhidrosis Support Group
Primary hyperhidrosis is the condition characterized by abnormally increased perspiration, in excess of that required for regulation of body temperature. Some patients afflicted with the condition experience a distinct reduction in the quality of life. Sufferers feel at a loss of control because perspiration takes place independent of temperature and emotional state.
I would like to share how. ^^
1) Change Diet
drink.warm lemon juice in an empty stomach in the morning
more fish(like mackerel),egg and vegetables (cabbage,carrots,brocolli,cauliflower)
Less salt. I incorporate Powderized and red chilli pepper (like korean) in my dish, good for blood circulation.
drink green tea (no sugar ) and eat an apple in the evening before going to sleep.
2) Yoga (simple stretching for fingers, head, neck, arms, back)
3)Pray in the name of Jesus. Communicating with God will surely give you inner peace beyond compare.^^
It does suck living with hyperhidrosis. I can relate to how you feel about shopping. I envy those women who can wear all the pretty colors in the summer and I'm stuck in black it is not fair. I usually prefer to purchase light weight fabrics such a cotton. Another thing that has helped me is changing the deodorant I use. I started using Certain Dri clinical strength and because it has less aluminum it does reduce the amount of sweat. Here are some more tips I found that could help you http://www.certaindri.com/content/23-tips-for-managing-hyperhidrosis I hope this helps.
