Primary hyperhidrosis is the condition characterized by abnormally increased perspiration, in excess of that required for regulation of body temperature. Some patients afflicted with the condition experience a distinct reduction in the quality of life. Sufferers feel at a loss of control because perspiration takes place independent of temperature and emotional state.

I started changing my lifestyle and diet for a couple of months. By the grace and mercy of God, I am able to say I am no longer a slave of Hyperhidrodis.
Currently, I am in South Korea for work since December last year. The weather was cold for the past few months(it helped a lot) but eventually it will pass. I expect summer to be around 38C by August,so I will do my best to be in shape and be ready for that season.
There is hope fellows.^^

Where do you live in S. Korea? I am in Pyeongtaek. I suffer from hyperhidrosis as well. What products work best for you?

What kinds of lifestyle changes help?

It's my daughter that has this, and she's just 13. Her hands are starting to look a bit white and soggy at times.

Hi I just wanted to mention that I too suffer from hyperhidrosis. One thing that has helped me is to use breathable and lightweight fabrics. I also prefer to wear dark colors versus white that shows if I am swearing in my underarms. In the winter its good because I can layer my clothing.

I am relieved from the worst of it during cold weather and now approaching retirement i consider a cold weather climate for relief , definitely cold climate affects me beneficially as it does you?
