All we can do is take action on what we know CAN help us strengthen our immunity. Healthy living emotionally and physically has to be our number one priority. Moderate exercise 150 minutes a week, sufficient restorative and refreshing sleep, no alcohol, no smoking, no recreational drugs, reduce sugar, greatly reduce or eliminate caffeine, healthy eating (fruits, vegetables have fiber and vitamins/minerals), and reduce stress level - including having FUN and recreation.

Helping others and re-directing your attention away from ourselves and tending to the needs of others is very beneficial on many levels. I did not know the facts about HPV until I was infected with BOTH the high risk strains of HPV linked with cancer AND the low risk strains that cause warts. Maybe their will be a social network for HPV sufferers since about 79 million Americans are currently infected with HPV and about 14 million people become newly infected each year. That is a very large "dating" pool. Once you have HPV you have it so HPV sufferers can try to find other people that already have HPV to date because you can give it to someone again, if they already have it, they already have it. I specifically asked my doctor if being repeated exposed to genital warts will increase my chances of developing warts and she said no, once you have the virus being repeated exposed to what you already has no impact.
