So, I've read all these success stories about females telling their male partners and them being cool about it. Well, I was one of those guys too when my girlfriend told me she had GW. Well, we broke up, now I'm left with her parting gift.
How likely is it that a female (a future partner) is going to have the same reaction? What is the best way to approach this topic with a new partner? I would like to think a female would be understanding, but I don't know.
I consider myself a handsome, well educated man and hope those things would override the fact that I have GW.

I think honesty is key. I'm in a bit of a different situation. I am a lesbian and was told when I first found I had hpv that I could not pass it to another female (I have the non GW kind). I've been with my girlfriend for 8 months and was very upfront from the beginning that I had this, even though I was told by THREE drs that I could not pass it to a woman. Now, I just recently found out there is a chance. She has been very understanding. I wouldn't say mention it on a first date lol. But, definitely before the first time you're intimate. In any way.
