SCARED. newly diagnosed

Im so afraid, I know I have HPV, ive been diagnosed..I have abnormal cells in my cervix. 



the part Im afraid of is that the abnormality happened so quick, it only maybe 2 months if that for my cells to change..


and also Im afriad of havinf rectal and throat cancer as I was very intimate with this guy whos no longer in my life.



Im also pregnant and Im afriad of leaving my child motherless, that would be the most heart breaking thing for me. 



Im so scare right now..please help.

Im so sorry to hear your scared. I have the low risk hpv in the form of genital warts so I can't speak from experience on high risk hpv. But from what I've read and heard you can counteract the high risk hpv by living a healthy lifestyle and in about a year even though you may have the virus you can get rid of the abnormal cells I believe. So don't worry yourself your going to be around a long time for your child and everything is going to be okay.
Also I have high blood pressure and I am 23. I first feared I was going to get a heart attack any day and die by I realized that if I live a healthy happy stress free life. I can live a long quality life like anyone else. So you can think of hpv in that way. Its not a death sentence. Its just something else to the health resume you have to get used to and move forward from. But dont worry we are all here for you.
