I don't think men can be tested but I asked my dr the same thing and she stated that having sex w the same partner will not make it worse. You already have the virus. The precancerous cells are just the effects of the virus, has nothing to do w whether you continue to have sex with the same partner. I personally told my partner, he was understanding. However, I've been told by more than one gyno it's not necessary to disclose it. The main risk there is if they were to sleep with someone else, that woman could contract it. Men are usually just carriers.
