How were diagnosed in September?
I had the surgery for my anal warts on April 27 - so about 5 1/2 weeks out. I couldn't feel any of the warts inside my anus - but the doctors took their scope and saw them. The surgeon said they were pretty tiny. I could def. feel the warts on the exterior of my anus. It was annoying - I barely had sex and always used condoms. Anyways!
1. My first doc wanted to get me into surgery the following week, but I had an insurance issue and had to see another doctor in another state. After that appointment in the other state, it was also a week until I had the surgery. So - - - one week to get the surgery. The healing process though...at some time between 4 and 5 weeks after the surgery the pain was nearly gone.
2. I'm not sure how far they can go up - mine were not very far in, according to the surgeon.
Ask them to check the dysplasia and HPV strain. Mine came back as low-grade and as HPV 6 - just typical warts.
