I was told i Have HPV 16, 18, 31 & 45. HGSIL. Here is my daily routine- In Morning i take Raw Garlic and Vitamins- A, B12, Super B Complex, C, Folic Acid, and Turmeric with Green Tea bags made with Filtered water. I wait 30 min to eat. I also changed my diet to Vegetarian/Some Vegan. Every other day I do this in my bathtub--Pour 1/2 box baking soda in a dry bathtub, sit on top of it, i pour 2/3 gallon Raw Organic Apple Cider Vinegar with Mother in tub, this mixture will bubble and may be a shocker and feel warm and tingly a little bit (but shouldn't hurt or burn you) Once the bubbling stops, i fill my tub with warm water and use the bath water to douche a few times while i soak in it for 20-30 min. Throughout the day, i take in Little to No sugar.Salt or acidic foods. Lots of Fruits and veggies, water and no fast food or processed foods. No meat except Fish!! I made DIY All Natural Vaginal Suppositories made with Coconut oil, Vit A, Poke Root, Tea Tree, and Turmeric. I use one before bed and plan on repeating this daily routine for 3 months and from what im reading my pap will be normal. I hope and pray that it is :) If not, i;ll look into the LEEP but either way it goes it's a good lifestyle change. Good Luck Darling!!

I am also 34 yrs old, no children and no husband but this has affected my love life of course but my health comes first. Friends and Family play a big support for me. I'm sure your husband will understand. He should get tested also, Im also taking IHCC and Beta Glucan supplements. Do your research and educate yourself. You can beat this!!

I was told that my husband and I both shared the scary HPV. I am not sure if your husband also shares your HPV, but I was looking online too because I am afraid that I might be alone one day with no one to love me. There are HPV dating sites for people who don't want to be alone and are afraid of rejection by others who don't have HPV.

I would guess that your husband ALREADY has the same HPV strains that you have. You dont know for certain who gave it to whom. Maybe he gave it to you. There is no definitive way to know who gave what to whom. The statistics are 1 in 5 American adults under 60 have HPV. That's a huge number. I have read that HPV can remain inactive or active for YEARS and there is no HPV test for men and sometimes men dont have any symptoms so he might have given HPV to YOU. I wouldnt blame yourself. Unless your husband NEVER had any kind of sexual contact whatsoever with anyone prior to your marriage there is no guarantee that he wasnt the one that gave it to you. You cant change the unchangeable. I think you need to focus on what you CAN do to help yourself. If your husband did leave you then he would pass on HPV to the next woman he was with because he most likely already has the same HPV you have, plus there is no guarantee the next woman he has sex with doesnt already have HPV also, He could get another strain of HPV from the next woman he has sexual contact with. I dont know if that is a comfort to you or not but I thought I'd mention because those are the thoughts I'm having in my head about the guy that I am assuming gave me HPV. I dont mean to be insulting or trivializing, I just thought I'd mention it. I wouldnt have guilt if I were you. You didnt intentionally give him HPV and you dont even know if you did give him HPV - maybe he gave it to you.

I was told by my doctor that my husband has the exact same strains that I have. We've been married for 20 years.

I've been told HPV can remain dormant and then become active - but 20 years is a very long time. I have had yearly pap smears (and the HPV test comes with it) so I am fairly certain my HPV came from my boyfriend having sex with his son's high school teacher during the time we broke up for two weeks after an argument since prior to that I was always HPV negative and after that I suddenly became HPV positive. I feel pathetic staying with this boyfriend - in big part - because I know we both have the same strains of HPV so I cant infect him again and he cant infect me again. I wish there were better testing for men. It seems impossible to find a partner when they have to have the same exact strains of HPV or risk being infected again with a new strain.
