I feel like I cant continue anymore. I am a single guy in his 20's, who was depressed without HPV (Diagnosed a few years back). I feel like I will never be able to love again, or be able to have a 'normal' sexual experience or for that matter a relationship. I will never be able to have unprotected sex with any of my future partners for fear of passing on this horrible affliction. It has ruined my confidence, and I just dont want to go on... There doesnt feel like a point anymore. No one is going to want to be with me, if they knew I am essentially a carrier for an unseen and sometimes seen disease. I feel disgusting and unloveable. I am at a loss... I want to be loved, and to love another person, but I just feel like I'm perpetually hiding this awful secret, that will forever prevent me from being comfortable and truly open in a relationship. It makes me not want to even pursue a relationship, as it simply feels pointless if I cant share the level of intimacy that a couple whom can trust one another to have unprotected sex. But most of all, I cannot become a father without infecting the future Mother of my child.
The fact that I will never be able to have the intimacy of unprotected sex with a loved one, kills me.

I've just been diagnosed with HPV and l kinda feel you. I also feel very sad to think that i will never experience oral sex again or regular unprotected sex. I'm not as informed yet about the topic as to know what we as carriers can and can't have but l sometimes walk by looking at people and thinking how they get to be normal and dream of love while i feel so alone and undeserving. then l also count my blessings and think that life could be much worse and maybe there's a good thing waiting for us after going through so much crap... idk... we wake up in the morning and life continues... something good has to come eventually
