I found it the most difficult the first 6 months and everything i kept reading made my mind go into the worse directions.
Take a breather from all the info for a day or two, treat yourself to something nice and do the silly candlelight and salt bath ... it would do the world of wonders
Do yourself a favour and read through all the HPV topics.. It done me the world of good and good luck! It's afwull feeling so anxiuos and uncertain!
Just calm yourself. Everything will be alright. I checked your profile and noticed that you're male. This is probably why you have so much anxiety. (Don't take this the wrong way, I will explain). The 1% of women who develop cervical cancer have high risk HPV. This means that they won't have symptoms. The only way women can find out that they have high risk is through an abnormal pap smear.
So if you have the warts, you have low risk HPV and won't develop cancer. I mean the only way that you could possibly have high risk is if someone you were with called you and told you that they have it. So really guys won't ever know.
Please relax, and just breathe. It will be okay. Keep your chin up.
