But after reading your post again it most likely isn't a genital wart if you had your shots before you were sexually active.
As for most when it comes to your body fighting off the virus. I heard most people cleared it within 2 years being healthy. It may be latent in the system but Idk my doctor couldnt tell me 100% just to wear a condom and dont worry. But i heard most people get into healthy relationships and dont spread it to others.
