My life is over, I have genital warts. No one is ever going to date me again. I will never have a boyfriend. I will be single forever. There is no point in carrying on...
I had them three years ago and it cleared up but I could still pass the infection on and there is no way of testing if it is still in my system or not.
I am vile and repulsive and disgusting for having this.
This is horrible, I will forever have this horrifying wretched condition and there is no cure.
Not even condoms protect from it
My life is over and I can't cope. I have been crying for 45 minutes
I think I am a dirty and digesting person. Basically three years ago when I lived in Spain I discovered I had a genital wart and I got it treated and it went away BUT the virus could still stay in my body so I could infect other people. I dunno how I could ever have a relationship or be loved by any one ever again with this hanging round my neck. I was horrified and I had always tried to be careful but it spreads through skin to skin contact. I have been to the sexual health centre this week and they said it is my choice if I tell people who I start a relationship with but morally i couldn't not tell some one. I dunno how i will ever find a boyfriend if I could end up giving him warts. The mindfulness and all the techniques I've used have been working great for my other issues but I don't see the point in using them for this as it will never go away and I am stuck with it for life
Does anybody know any success stories from telling a new partner about genital warts? I need to reignite the hope in my life so that I can get back on track.
