However, I did try almost all of the things you are trying for six months when my results were just ASCUS, including the AHCC, etc and it did not help. I ended up with CIN2 anyway.
In my case, the LEEP was exactly the right decision, because my very heathy lifestyle couldn’t beat it. I’m 51, however, so maybe if you are younger you have a better chance of this working.
Please, keep going for your appointments and Pap smears and do what needs doing if it comes to biopsies and the LEEP.
