Hello all, I lost my fiance a month ago to a heart attack. He was only 34 and we just had a baby we just had a baby in October. I'm just looking for advice and maybe some tips on how things let myself of grieve and try to get over this. I know it's going to be a long hard road. So I'm just looking for some people to help guide me or friends just to talk to that have been through this. I've dealt with death before just not in this sense. Thank you all.

I'm so sorry for your loss. It doesn't matter, that you weren't married, you still lost your future together. It will take some time to grieve. Just be kind to yourself, because all people grieve different and take different amounts of time to move on. Focus on your baby and try to remember the good times. Hugs

I started with Bereavement, then moved to Widow/widowers and now I am on hopeful hearts. So it is a process that takes time. On the other two sites you will find more brand new losses and you can get some good support also. I am sorry to hear your news- Hugs
