Hodgkin's Lymphoma Support Group
Hodgkin's lymphoma, formerly known as Hodgkin's disease, is a type of lymphoma characterized by the presence of Reed-Sternberg cells. Unlike other lymphomas, whose incidence increases with age, Hodgkin's lymphoma occurs more frequently in two separate age groups, the first being young adulthood (age 15-35), the second being in those over 50 years old.
I just finished treatment a few months ago and am heading into my first check up scan next month. I have made drastic changes to both diet and exercise regimen after being diagnosed with the help of a holistic cancer coach who herself is a 20 year Hodgkin's Lymphoma survivor. Now that I'm done with treatment I still exercise 1-2 hours a day and am trying my best to stick to a raw/organic diet. Let me know if you have made any specific changes that have worked for you. Lots of tips to swap!
