Just curious, to see if others have changed their diet and exercise regime and do you think making changes with your diet and exercising will help in the recovery process.

Since finding out that I have Hodgkins, I have done at total turnaround on my diet and have moved to all Organics, eating lots of fruit and vegetables, whole grains, nuts/seeds and fish, plus periodically will have grass-fed chicken. Basically I have eliminated all Red Meat, dairy products, sugar, and processed food. As for exercise, before treatment (only have had 2 treatments, 10 more to go) I was quite active starting a year ago doing interval training but have resorted to walking 2x's and some weight lifting at home, plus some aerobic type excercising currently. The Interval training I was doing 3x's a week was pretty intense and was also worried about being with other people working out, so now I am on my own.
