Hello I am a HSP and yoga teacher, and I use some form of yoga daily, it is an amazing support in my life. I go with the flow daily depending on my needs. I use chinese yoga exercises to energize the organs in my body no postures involved , I use laughing yoga to lighten up and infuse my mind and body with positive uplifting energy and kundalini yoga to really energize and release stress in my body (maya fiennes has a beautiful DVD detox and destress) its a form of yoga that uses mantra, mediation and postures I love it. I also use more traditional hatha yoga to release tension in my body when its needed. I have been studying and practicing yoga for 14 years and its a great blessing and tool to have in my life and for anyone but especially a hsp in todays world. It is a form of discipline, that can be used daily, find a time that suits daily, every second day or once a week, even if its only for 10 or 20 mins it will support you and could change your life the way it has mine. Number one rule be gentle with yourself and really tune in to what you need. There is no hard and fast rules about how much to practice every one is different and has different needs the important thing is self love and acceptance and to choose to use yoga to honour and support your self. I hope this has been of help in love and lite AJ JAYA : )

I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
