Highly Sensitive People HSP Community Group
The highly sensitive person (or HSP) is someone who cares deeply about everything ... feels emotions with great intensity ... is highly conscientious ... has a rich and complex inner life ... is very intuitive ... is often creative in a variety of ways... is easily overwhelmed and/or overstimulated. A HSP needs lots of quiet time, space, and freedom. If this sounds...
yes I can relate.
That's not the first topic of that kind. I think I made one quite similar a year ago.
And somebody also did one earlier you should take a look.
I will say what I just learned from some awesome website (unfortunately not in English)
It works for wellbeing and love.
Always remember, you are alone in life. Indeed, when you feel love, it is inside you. You don't need another person to be in love, it works the same with happiness.
Actually, it seems the key to happiness is to learn to be happy alone.
Once you are happy alone, experiences you will share with other will be only better.
Learn to be happy alone, and you won't need other persons in your life.
Actually, if you are happy, people will come to you on their own. And the people who will come to you, will be like you, and the experience you will share with them will be even greater than the one you could have with other friends.
I hope what I tried to say is clear enough.
I struggled with friends in my life, because It is easier for me to become friend with women. As a man, you cannot have female friends.
So the number of people who come and stay in my life ( I am still young) is very low.
The number of people I can rely on is limited to my family only.
To be clear, being alone is awesome. It gives you time to learn yourself and know what you want.
People passing through your life will only help to improve your personality.
Open yourself, be happy, be love, it is the life.
It is really not easy, but when you start to understand, it is getting better every day.
