Highly Sensitive People HSP Community Group
The highly sensitive person (or HSP) is someone who cares deeply about everything ... feels emotions with great intensity ... is highly conscientious ... has a rich and complex inner life ... is very intuitive ... is often creative in a variety of ways... is easily overwhelmed and/or overstimulated. A HSP needs lots of quiet time, space, and freedom. If this sounds...
Online dating is leaving a person wide open for HUGE problems worse then bullying...never quite sure why people are that desparate. Sounds like she is jerking them around that is mean.
Your idea of boundaries and mine are way different. Outside of work I would just use the two things God provided me with and walk away. By saying I am going to call 911acknowledges that I have noticed their behavior toward me that is exactly what they crave is attention. Threats to those sickos does not work.
Everyone has their own ideas but unless a person actually experiences it....they really have no idea of what goes on. I just agree to disagree because my response works for me. Take care.
One of the top most most intense bully experience I have ever had is being stalked. That for what ever reason really turned me over as in "well done". I do not have any kind of tolerance for a bullies tactics.. no space no smile nothing.
More recently I did deal with a bully manager and it was quite scary in that I knew I had to report. What kept the bully employed was my fear (of losing that job). So, I talked about it with a couple of people. In doing so I did manage to change the whole thing up so that now I am no longer a target. In my past this is has been the case less rather than more.
Seems like there are instances when my ability to report worked and then again NOT at other times. The times it did not work is when I fell silent with fear. That never did work at all.But since I have become much more adept and clear on what is my space and what is another space. For this I can contain own and operate director of my space and do not experience obligation to respond or create mutuality with any one that has not earned it.
Bullies take the que on mutuality which makes the human world bind and go round ... use it to begin grooming. NO Thanks!
I bet every one has been bullied once but that there are those that don't take the bait.

The below exert is at the last 1/4 of the article.
"This ‘grooming process’ is the same for all abuse and all abuse has its foundation in psychological abuse. The grooming process is the same for domestic violence as it is for sexual abuse only the details are different. The “worth less” message is communicated in the work place by bully bosses or bullying coworkers, the same as it is communicated in dysfunctional family systems. If someone can get you to believe you are worth less than they are, they can make you look at yourself instead of at them. As long as I was looking at what was wrong with me, (which is survival and there isn’t a better way to try to cope when we are children) I was trying harder to make them like and accept me. I think we have different ways of dealing with "bullies" and PDs because of what we have been through in life. I grew up under the roof of a narcissist....and the way I react to a PD who crosses my path will be very different than someone who grew up in a happy home free of crap. I hope this makes sense.
