Highly Sensitive People HSP Community Group
The highly sensitive person (or HSP) is someone who cares deeply about everything ... feels emotions with great intensity ... is highly conscientious ... has a rich and complex inner life ... is very intuitive ... is often creative in a variety of ways... is easily overwhelmed and/or overstimulated. A HSP needs lots of quiet time, space, and freedom. If this sounds...
I would bet that just adding that one thing - exercise, preferably outdoors - back into your life (and doing it regularly!) will bring back the confidence and balance, and help lose the weight and the stress. Especially if you can get outdoors! (There's a fun website called Mark's Daily Apple that's for the paleo-primal community and has tons of success stories on it from people who have turned their lives around - not buying anything, just getting the eating right, getting the exercise and sleep right, all that. It's here: http://www.marksdailyapple.com/ (in fact, Fridays are the success story days!). This site, which I've just recently found, seems to be a good companion to that one and vice versa. Best of luck to you! The new-job folks are going to be lucky they have you - HSPs are special!
I hope that my new job folks adores me that much as my current ones. :D
Thanks again.

For nutrition I've followed the anti- inflammatory way of eating that Dr. Andrew Weil has suggested on his website. http://www.drweil.com He is a medical doctor and also believes in holistic medicine for over all well-being.
I wish you the best of happiness on your new adventures. Hugs...
What was it that you cherished about your previous lifestyle? How can you adapt this to fit your new job? For example, you mention sports. Is there a sports centre on the way to your new workplace? Or could you walk or cycle part or all the way there? See if your new colleagues might want to exercise with you, it might be a good way to get to know people.
Thanks for all your replies.
@Lizzie: My job is very far away from the place I live. Yea, I am thinking of joining a gym near the place I work. I already have friends going to the gym. Maybe that could be a plus sign.
I think I should sit down and reflect on that. On the things that I can do and those not.
I should also plan things because the way things are going on right now, it is not good for me at all.
Thank you dear friends :))
