Statins increase Coronary Calcium? Yes, according to this study in 2012. Ask your Doctor if increasing Coronary Calcium is right for you.

Thanks MedLab1 for the link to the study. I will not be holding my breath tonight while watching the news waiting on them to report on this study. Funny how anti-statin information never makes the news.

I also have a feeling that anyone that asks their doctor about this study will get nothing but a blank look; will not have a clue.

Oh well, at least we should all be happy that the drug companies continue to make big money slowing killing us off. Seems like a bad business model though........

They do make big money, and that's what this is all about. Competition for consumer dollars.
