LDL then that is high. As for your Tri's that can usually be lowered
by cutting carbs and sugars. Plus a good diet and mild exercise will help
I also am hypothyroid. My Doc put me on Armour and my thyroid
numbers are good. But it did nothing for my lipids.
Don't freak out, figure out what you can do to try and correct the
numbers. I am against statins but that is me. They give me horrible

Try not to stress, you can lower your numbers.
It is important to get your thyroid in good working condition. Everything is part of our body and needs to work well togather.

Hypothyroidism elevates lipids in most people.
I had triglycerides of 1,040. After taking thyroid hormone replacement my trigs fell about 800 points within the first 3 months. Cholesterol fell 100 points.
But keep in mind I started thyroid meds AND strict diet AND exercise at the same time. So I did 3 things at the same time, and its hard to measure which had the most impact. But collectively it worked wonders.
Your current muscle aches could be due to the hypothyroidism. I remember how bad mine ached. Thyroid replacement hormone washed away those aches for me.
Suggestion: Why not correct the hypothyroid issue first. Then reevaluate and go from there.
Labs: TSH, FT4, FT3, and lipids.
