Hello! I went and had a physical a few months ago and the doctor told me everything was good accept my ldl was a little high it was at 110. He wanted to me go on a low cholesteral diet. My overall cholesteral is 190. I havent been following the diet because its hard. I need to do something before I go back. I just wanted some advice on natural ways to lower my ldl? Losing weight is my top priority. Dealing with depression and anxiety has made that hard for. something has to be done I want to be healthy!

Most people with copd also have anxiety.....Dr.suggested taking meds for it.....does it help? Just wondering....
I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
