As per the headaches, my experience is that your level of BP, normally does not produce headaches (at least not for me).
In your profile you said that you suffer migraines, if this is the case Tylenol will do little or nothing for you, you need an specific treatment set my a neurologist.
Also headaches are better treated as soon as they start, you need something that stop it in about 20-30 minutes, if not it is useless to insist with that medicament, chances are that will not work for you.
If you have a heavy migraine and you are able to move go to ER, they should be able to stop it. My wife suffered migraines for many years, but when they got it, there was 3 full days in a row and the only thing she was able to do was to vomit and stay in bed. That was before the new migraine medicaments arrived.
