Probably your Dr. will adjust the doses or change it for his favorite one. In any case to feel tired and dizzy is normal when you a BP lower of what you use to have, this feeling will fade little by little and finally you will be able to manage it.

I haven't taken it yet. I am going on a Bus tour tomorrow so I'll probably take it Wednesday. He also wants to do a 24 hr Urine test, which I'll bring in Friday. He says when your Systolic # is up it maybe you Kidneys acting up.
