Hi all, I am new to the site and I have many issues. I am looking into essential oils and have found out a lot. I have read that usingessential oils is the natural way to go and that most of the time it is the least expensive. The oils are not to be used by themselves so the must be mixed into a carrier oil. I checked this out on several sites and the ones that I trust are Dr. Axe and Dr.Z. Please take the time to read up on this and if you wish you can contact me as well. - Lavender – alleviate cardiac excitation, lowers BP, and is effective in hypertension and palpitations.
- Ylang-ylang – lower BP, alleviates palpitations and nervous system excitation, and promotes emotional relaxation.
- Marjoram – lower sympathetic nervous system activity and stimulates the parasympathetic nervous system, resulting in vasodilatation to reduce cardiac strain and decrease BP.
- Neroli – bring forth emotional soothing and comfort and is effective in cardiac palpitations secondary to shock or fear.
