If you have something similar or even an arm injury it could explain the difference . The big question is how you feel. As long as I take my BP med and watch my diet I feel good, as soon as I don't I feel awful.

But I take my BP 2 times in a row. The same arm, a minuet apart my systolic pressure is almost always different, sometimes 20%. My doctor says it is most often the margin of error of the machine and the systolic reading is the easiest to miss. Not to dismiss any other problem, let your doctor know of this.
