What I find a little curious about your reading though is the disparity between the systolic and diastolic numbers. The systolic is on the high side, and the diastolic is on the low side. Usually, if the systolic is high, so is the diastolic.
If I had bp readings like that, I would get the opinion of a doctor. You can never be too careful with bp readings.
A doctor would probably be better to advise on lowering this. (Assuming you don't want your diastolic to go much lower)
