Since it includes a diuretic I would take it in the morning, otherwise you might need to wake up to urinate.

JJFlash: I agree with you 100%. I was on a new diabetic medication for over 3 years and gradually it caused joint inflammation to the point that I was having to use a walker. I happened to read an article online about the medication and it warned that new side effects were shown to cause chronic inflammation and that if taken for too long the inflammation could be permanent. I got myself off of it, and within 4 weeks I was back to normal. I do not take any new medications anymore.
