There probably not a simple answer to your problem. But if you
read the posts you will see that it takes eating right, light exercise
and talking to your Dr.
I also get headaches when my BP goes up.
Try not to stress so much, I know easy to say hard to do. Keep trying
to do the right things and you will get that HP down.
