Hi after trying the elimination diet for 3 weeks and seeing how my HS got worse. I started taking a 1/2 tea spoon of ground organic turmeric, 1/4 tea spoon of ground organic ginger, manuka honey umf 10 and lemon. Twice a day I started feeling better. Please try it and post back on your results, I also read how weed is also a natural anti- inflammatory but only if you eat it or make tea out of it not if you smoke it. I will try that next and see how I do. I'm still on the paleo diet not giving up on that yet. I also read about perfect hydrolyzed collagen so I'm going to try all this things because I want to kick my HS in the ass!

The flare ups happen 12 hrs after the trigger food which gives a good idea about what causes it. Problem is getting it under control enough in the first place to detect a flare up!
