I'm just wondering if anyone else is like losing sleep because they can't get comfortable laying down and then, when I get up, I literally don't barely have the strength to fix my bed and if I do I get sick to my stomach, and I'm in the middle of a flare up right now and I have a bit of a head cold, I'm just needing advice on how to handle this, and wondering if anyone else is having the same problem

I have open sores all over that will not heal, sticking to my clothes and ripping back open whenever I move, I don't know what to do.

I have and do seldomly go through this as well. Although I have found a way to better control HS. I went through those struggles for years though. Throwing up from exhaustion and pain, not wanting to do anything because everything hurt. I am sorry you are feeling this way right now.

I struggled for a couple years and didn't want to let people know what had been working for me, worried they would think i was trying to sell them on something for money and also afraid "what if it comes back worse". But honestly I don't think it is right for me to not let you know what has helped me and brought sleep back into my life as well as being able to live again.

I started a regimen of essential oils- I researched and found doTERRA to be the best so I went with it. Anyway, I started on the Lifelong Vitality (LLV) pack. They are vitamin, 100% natural and then slowly introduced the oils. I HIGHLY recommend this. It has HELPED me sooo much. I took the vitamins for 3 months and noticed a difference. Now the oils and vitamins together have been amazing.

I used to get 3-4 boils a week, and you know how painful that is...they would overlap and burst and holes. Oh man it was horrible. However, in the past almost 4 years I have had 6 boils only!

Hssucks, do you apply the oils or diffuse them? What oils do you use? Frankensense, tea tree? What is in the vitamins?

I have some in my right armpit, my left is starting to hurt today. I can't sleep well, I understand :(

Same I agree. And I've recently developed a horrible rash under both my armpits. Bright red and hurts so so bad. I just put a bunch of baby powder under my pits but idk if I'm doing something right or something that will make things worse :'(
