HS is very rare in children and the elderly. I feel like if you haven't already you should see an endrocrinologist and allergist before going forward. Since it started so young (7) I'm wondering if there isn't something further they need to look into that might resolve your issue before using Humera or other hard drugs that may just cover the symptoms, Maybe it isn't HS. if you can determine a cause that might be better. I'd go to a reputable hospital even if it's a trip because it's worth it. Maybe Johns Hopkins (MD) or Cleveland Clinic (OH) or Mayo Clinic (MN, FL, other).
