1. Are you hydrated? Have you eaten? Get these taken care of. It will make the rest just a bit easier. If you are nauseated, try Ginger Ale. Toast. Bone broth. Doesn't have to be a lot, but you should get something in your tummy.
2. Have you taken ibuprofen? Won't do much, but will chip away a little bite of pain.
Have you tried a bath? Soak as long and in as hot of water as you can stand. I've had lots of luck with Epsom salts. Tea tree oil.
3. Prid, boil ease, drawing salve. Try covering it loosely with something (I use gauze) and putting a heating pad or a hot washcloth on there
4. If it is so bad you literally cannot stand it, go to the hospital. Save yourself the torment.
