Verrry low sugar /carbdiet
Tumeric
Krill oil capsules
Double strength Bactrim when necessary
Kale
Vitamin e oil for topical moisturizer after showers (soothing and can apply without touching sensitive area, which I very rarely do. I even suds my washcloth with antibacterial soap and then squeeze it over my pits to avoid touching it)
