First of all, I want to thank you all for being such a supportive online community. It is such a blessing to be a part of this forum.
A little about myself:
I am a 27 year old Asian born and raised in the US, and I recently started attending a University last year in August. It was such a beautiful moment being accepted to the school I always wanted to attend, but unfortunately, I started to develop boils at the start of school year.
At first, I thought it was just some sort of pimple that would go away, but it immediately grew the size of a quarter in three or four days, and that was when I realized i was developing a boil. Little did I know how contagious it was, so It sadly spread to my buttocks, which 4 to 5 of them manifested in one day.
It was then I sought help from a doctor that prescribed me antibiotics which I thought eradicated the problem. A month later, I developed a few more in the same area, and so I again, went to the doctor only to be prescribed more antibiotics which obviously did nothing (but perhaps destroyed my immune system).
Since then, I had been off and on suffering from boils for about a year, but I have not properly gotten a diagnostic as to whether I am suffering HS, or that my immune system is just deeply suppressed.
It has taken such a toll on me.. on the outside I appear to be a healthy looking gentlemen, but on the inside, I am deeply depressed and ashamed of what I am going through. I always sleep and hope that I do not wake up. It is good to know that I am not alone in this battle, and I pray that one day, we all can be free from this agony and enjoy the fruit of paradise.

I also have them on my inner/outer Labia. Which is a downright pain to try and pee without a towel held over it.
People always say "Oh, your young and healthy" Yeah, OK try and tell my inner body that. Oh and those boils on my Ass. LOL
Sometimes I feel the same way. And sometimes I walk down the hall of my house and just yell obscenities at my body...You are definitely not alone....Take Care and post anytime.
If it is, the next thing you want to do if possible is find your trigger. Try a food elimination diet, gluten, nightshades, etc. Or it could be sweat or stress. Many people have different triggers but sometimes it seems to just flare on its own. Yeah, this disease sucks. I have found antibiotics don't help me and food isn't a trigger. I will keep my fingers crossed you find yours!!!
I am stage 3 and am looking into surgery possibly when I get insurance again. Some it helps others not. Like I said it sucks!!!
Please keep us informed on how you are doing and know that you are NOT contagious :) That is the only positive from this disease.
