you just have to find the doctor that will treat you based on you, every person has different triggers, and you have to notice how it is changing on daily basis, the doctor will only see how you will respond to treatment.
as for me the number one trigger is suppressed sadness, the other day i got a chocking news that broke my heart, the boy that i love was out with another girl, during the day i felt pain in my bowls and got flares even in ones that i thought they were dried and healed, now everything back to normal specially after he told that the girl was engaged
