Many things have happened these past 6 months in Canada. Our last federal government has tried to stop/fight/control Medical Cannabis every which way they could...but have failed. WE WON in 2 supreme court rulings . We can eat,create oils, tinctures eatables now! We have a new government that says they plan on legalizing it (Here's hoping). Understand in the USA/Canada big Pharma does NOT want this to happen. It's about $$$$ folks. Medical cannabis is making the news everywhere FOR A REASON! Because it's safer than all the terrible side effects of the drugs. Cannabis is an excellent anti inflammatory! Once again this is NOT about smoking but is IS about ingesting small/controlled amounts. If you are interested check out links in original post as well as Cannabis for HS on FB. Our numbers are growing! Now this is where it is exciting for USA residents. High CBD oil is available in the USA in various states already. This is similar or close to the type of oil all the epileptic children are using. Where each state is struggling/stalling with their controlling laws is the fact that some children are requiring slightly higher amounts of THC to stop their seizures.We have at least 4 licensed producers ready with oil for months now in Canada. They don't say what kind (different strains/thc levels make a difference depending on your disease) but I know these companies are waiting for approval. Both of our governments are greedy and they want control and the tax dollars! This is a plant that we can grow ourselves and they use the children as a excuse. We teach our kids caution with alcohol/cigs. Why not Cannabis. This plant deserves respect as well. Thousands of people are dying of prescription drug overdoses every year. Google is your friend people! Use it before our governments succeeds in controlling the internet. Time to wake up!

I'm 56 yr old HS/B.Cancer survivor. I have had HS since I was 12. I have had numerous surgeries, tried all kinds of antibiotics, diet changes etc. Sorry to say... nothing has helped. Many in my family have this disease therefore I believe it is genetic(JMO). Let's face it no one likes to talk about it as it is a very embarrassing, debilitating disease. Glad we have the internet as we never did when I was younger...I felt so alone. No one deserves this disease!
In 2011 after treatment I began researching alternative pain management (due to repercussions of chemo). I was sent a email of skin cancer being treated with cannabis oil and my journey began!

To date I have only experimented with a few technique's slightly different than her but have had amazing results myself. Dropped weight without even trying and have only had to have 1 surgically removed in 3 years ( it was totally encapsulated) Easy to stand!
I am a legal patient but there is a pending court case as to whether or not we can take oil, tinctures, cookies. Our government only wants us to be allowed to smoke it. I do believe the only way to treat it is with the fully extracted oil( as this woman has done) and then a small maintenance dose for the rest of your life! I will turn off the email settings and periodically check in as I don't want or need to be judged by anyone. Join the FB group and learn....blessing all!

I was really hoping that you have been able to start using the oil to help. Very soon I'll be starting to consume a high amount of CBD oil with as much THC I can handle without it impacting me too much. I know that people have success with larger amounts of THC but I really don't think my mental health will appreciate too much THC. I can let you know how much I consume and how it helps me. I've had HS for 28 years now. Remicade helped for around two years and Humira helped for around six months. I have someone willing to pay for the oils because they believe it can help and they feel so helpless.
