I need Advice and tips thank you

Hi I'm new to this website and I have HS for about 4 years or so and ever since I have had HS I have been wearing long sleeved tops as well as short sleeved tops to cover my HS


this year I'm am determined to just wear tank tops or tops that will show the scarring and lumps underneath my arms, and was wondering if anyone has any tips and advice on how to make sure I don't get anymore flair up.

Hi, Ive had HS for 14 years now and just found out what it really is i was told it was cysts and there was nothing they could really do. i used to feel the same way about my tops as well but i learnt that if it makes me feel good who cares about what others say, i even stopped wearing tops with V necks etc. over the years i over come my fear and started wearing tops that i liked and felt good in cause at the end of the day thats all that matters is how it makes you feel and don't worry about others, people that normally talk about others have nothing better to do with their time or they just have no life. I found over the years that you need to do what makes you happy at the end of the day as HS can take over ur life

Hey thanks for replying :) I went to college wearing a top with no sleeves once and just a jacket and I thought I would be fine when I took it off, but I had a panic attack just thinking about it and I was filled with so much anxiety I nearly broke down and I said never again.

It was just recently that I was talking to my sister about it that she said if other people out there who can do it why can't you?? so I began to question myself and now I'm determined to not hide anymore!
