I am sorry to hear your situation, I have not been able to get rid of my HS for 20 plus years. I don't want to be a downer but I dont think it ever goes away. I have never heard of a successful cure in anyone, many of fake cure commercials are out there. There is not antibiotic that will work that is made here on this planet. I have controlled mine a bit by eliminating bread and all yeast products from my diet, as a matter of fact antibiotics are yeast derived and I found it made my bumps worse. I am sorry for giving bad news but I refuse to lie to people about this horrible disease I myself would look into supplemental income as I did because this will leave anyone broke. I have had HS for years. I've tried many things, creams, soaps, supplements, antibiotics, etc. and not much has helped.
What I can advise for the itching is the following; I use an Epsom salt based soap- I use Dr. Teal's, Eucalyptus scented, I've been able to purchase this product from amazon as well as at my local Walmart. The Epsom salt helps dry out the lesions. Downfall, dry skin also adds to the itching- before bedtime I use a Polysporin brand anti-itch gel. Its cools the boils, cysts, lesions, etc and provides some relief.

Hope this helps! Hot baths with Epsom Salt also provides relief but refrain from using bubble baths and what not since scented soats often irritate.

I have had this for 14 years and I am trying to get the word out that there is a solution. This IS AN AUTOIMMUNE DISEASE. Please look for a book by Tara Grant called "The Hidden Plague". She explains everything you need to know and how to go about getting rid of this. She herself had this for 20 years, but has been in complete remission for about 3 years. Please stop suffering...you can rid yourself of this horrible problem. I did!
