Personally, I would not consider this medication unless my condition became absolutely unbearable and I ran out of other options including surgery. Good luck.
Please keep in mind that this drug interferes with your immune system. Personally, I would only take it if my HS got out of control and nothing else worked. Maybe you can consider also dietary changes to lower the inflammation level in your body. My experience with a low carb Paleo has been favourable so far. It can't hurt. But of course it is not as convenient as just taking a pill, but it may increase the overall quality of your life.
