Hi everyone I too suffer from HS so I know the struggles that come with it. In 2010 I had to quit my full time job because I was constantly having two baseball size boils under each arm. Well after going to doctors and seeing they were now help at all I took matters into my own hands. Hs is external and internal hard to beat. Well four years later Ive regainedy life working full time, grafuated this past may with two assoicate degrees and a year away from my bachelors.
My advice is clean youre diet. Stay away from any and all processed and can foods. Lunch meat, tuna, can goods as well. If u eat vegetables n fruit stay away from those high in sugars. Also my main trigger is gluten and gluten free foods. So i eat mainly potatoes, rice, chicken. Not exciting but helps keeps my hs away. Also i now take grapefruit seed extract and the probiotic acidlophilus five a day. Works for many different things. I havent posted here in years but i check and see there are still people suffering and i am merely trying to help so not here to debate. But anything else feel free to contact me.

Probiotics helps me as well as anything that boost immune system function reduces flare ups. It is a fight that must be fought at all angles. Thank you.
