I'm sorry you are going through this. I wish I had some helpful advice but I am still working the trial and error method myself. The last time I did antibiotics they didn't work...might have been the wrong one though.

I think we're slowly but surely gaining ground though. Treating HS with diet is still very new but it makes sense and is worth trying. Paleo actually includes quite a few foods that could be triggers for us so maybe try an elimination diet. The two most common triggers seem to be in the nightshade and gluten groups but could be anything really.
noiradle: I didn't realize that about the Paleo diet, I will look into it more. I recently read about the nightshade allergy and I'm staying away from those items. Recently before I even knew about what a nightshade was I was wondering if I had gained an allergy to tomatoes and potatoes... If I have too much of either I would just throw up in the middle of the night. Thank you for the info!
That's trippy if he was talking about you, he said there were only a couple of cases in San Diego total, cause it's so rare.
