I doubt there is anything to be done anyway.
From my experience it's all of the advice I've gained on here that has really helped and made the difference... not the numerous doctors who tell you something or prescribe you medication even when they actually know very little about it. I'm under all of the specialists I need to be under 'just in case' but they have been no help whatsoever. (I'm in the UK, don't know if that makes a difference?)
I'm not suggesting you don't go or cancel appointments. .. I think you should continue to be in the system but get your real support here - everyone is so nice and actually do know their stuff x
I'm gonna try zinc supplements to see if they help.
