Everybody tells me that if i lose about 40 pounds my HS will get better and go away but some people tell me the are that the are 1 35 pounds and have hs.like im 272 pounds and i have a new little wound under my scotum.and like im not a person that likes to do alot of exercising.even know i should but does weight lost makes this go away for good.because alot of people say it will and i have a wound that is just draining like crazy and i want it to stop.
Of corse the obvious answer is that losing weight will improve your health in general so you should do it... If only it were that easy. You'd think something like HS would keep me motivated, but I still struggle with food and doing my workout. Good luck to you, friend.
