For years now I've been practicing the art of going commando. However, in some situations it's inappropriate but I find that it helps. I've never been advised to do this. But I had really bad breakouts in my teens and one day I decided enough was enough. How do you all feel about the matter? Are there alternatives? Like super lightweight undies? Any brand suggestions?
I will not go out in public that way, it's more of an uncomfortable thing for me than anything else.
I feel like it helps me in the sense of not having something rubbing directly on the surface of the irritation skin. The worst breakouts in that area for me are when I have my monthly, which is of course when everything gets all icky anyway.
