I would avoid foods that are processed and all the ones you listed. I’m 14 so it’s so hard to stick to it but it makes such a difference in the amount of flare ups so yeah try it and see if it works
I have nearly found total remission through diet and weight loss. I do not cut out nightshades, dairy or yeast but this may be much different for you. I definitely have everything in moderation now! I personally feel like too much meat might be something that sets mine off so it's definitely different for everyone.
And I would start by throwing out any white grains and any junk foods and replace them with vegetables. You will get used to not having as much sugar and you will not like the feeling of eating heavy white bread after a while!
